Providing gardening workshops & masters, contractor connections, experts, an energy exposition and more! The GRHG Show Committee is pleased to announce our first lecturer for "Meet the Expert." Ed Hume, gardening expert and owner of Hume Seeds will be joining us for 2 workshops on Friday, April 16. Vendors/Exhibitors must submit their form and payment together to secure their booth reservation. Forms are available in the "Event Forms" section of the website (see links above). We will make every effort to accommodate location requests however, final booth placement is at the discretion of the Home & Garden Show Committee. Thank you for your cooperation.
BOOTH DETAILS
Drapery will outline the general layout of the event floor. Tables will not be provided with the booth fee but can be rented, please see details below. Chairs are available upon request until March 15, 2010. The event is held in the Joan Frey Arena Building at the Klickitat County Fairgrounds in Goldendale, WA. The majority of the building is an earthen floor. Spaces 1-6, 18, 29-33, and 82-86 are located on concrete. Exhibitors may want to utilize floor covering materials (such as carpet, Astroturf, etc.). These materials will not be provided. Exhibitors may utilize the floor for displays including ponds, landscaping, architectural displays, etc.
SETUP/BREAKDOWN
The event will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Participants will be able to setup beginning on Tuesday, April 13 after 11:00 a.m. Setup will continue until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 15. Booth setup times will be assigned based on time required and location of the booth in the building. A schedule and details will be sent after booth payment has been received. Participants will be responsible for loading, unloading, and setup of their booth area. Breakdown will begin on Sunday, April 18 at 4:30 p.m. Participants are not allowed to remove items or displays from booth areas until that time. Participants that breakdown early will not be invited to participate in this event again.
