GENERAL VENDOR SPACE DETAILS FOOD VENDORS CLOSED! THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST!
You will be setting up outside, in beautiful Ekone Park. We do experience high winds, so be prepared with approved wind resistant tie downs for your canopy, gazebo, tent, etc,. AND, for your display equipment. Limited power is available on a first come basis. Water is on site, but will need to be carried to your booth site. Bring the tables, chairs, etc that you will need for display and comfort. Trash receptacles will be provided for your conveninence in keeping your area clean and inviting for customers. Each participant will provide copies of the following permits which may be required:

- Washington State Department of Revenue
- City of Goldendale Business or Peddlers License (509) 773.3771 – (Sales Tax 7.5%)
SETUP/BREAKDOWN
Participants may begin setting up Thursday, June 20th from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Setup may continue the next morning, but needs to be completed by 1 p.m. The festival begins Friday, June 21st at 2 p.m. and closes at 10 p.m. And begins again Saturday, June 22nd at 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. A schedule and details will be sent after registeration has been received. Break down on Saturday, June 21st anytime after 7 p.m. You certainly may stay open as late as you wish.
FOOD VENDORS
We understand the insurance issue can be troublesome, but, it is a requirement for the protection of everyone. All food booth vendors must have COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITYwith coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single limit per occurrence. We'll need a certificate naming Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Goldendale as additional insured along with your registration. The certificate is a condition of opening your booth at the Bluegrass Festival.
